Please register by August 19th for soccer. The paperwork is available at the above link. Please fill out all the forms. Don't forget there is a Sports Risk specific form for soccer hidden lower on the page. The forms must be turned into the RHS main office and fees paid before you are allowed to attend tryouts.
The links for the physical form and the Sports/Risk Injury form on the RHS website are not working at this time. You can find the forms at the the link given here for the Seattle School district athletic page. The Athletic handbook is being updated at this time.
